Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of vaping-related products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Customers may request a return or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective upon arrival
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (subject to approval)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used vape products
  • Pods, cartridges, coils, and disposable items
  • E-liquids or consumable products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

For health and safety reasons, Atom Pods reserves the right to refuse returns on opened products.

Return Request Timeframe

Customers must submit a return request within:

  • 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items
  • 7 days for eligible unopened products

Requests submitted outside these periods may not be approved.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included
  • The item must not show signs of misuse or tampering

Atom Pods may deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement product

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Atom Pods is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Atom Pods reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may suspend accounts involved in abusive refund activity.
