Atom Pods Warranty Policy

Atom Pods warrants that all products sold on our website are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Atom Pods or an authorized reseller.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, Atom Pods products are covered by a limited warranty for:

• Pods & Devices: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Accessories & Chargers: 14 days from the date of delivery
• Replacement Parts: 14 days from the date of delivery

Warranty periods begin on the date the customer receives the product.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty hardware under normal usage
• Products that fail to operate as intended due to factory defects

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Atom Pods may:

• Replace the product
• Repair the product
• Issue store credit
• Provide a refund at our discretion

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Water or liquid damage unless specifically stated as waterproof
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Improper charging or use with incompatible accessories
• Products used for commercial or resale purposes
• Lost or stolen items

Consumable products, including coils, cartridges, pods, and disposable items, are generally not covered unless they arrive defective.

If your item arrives defective or unusable, you must contact Atom Pods within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a DOA claim, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Photos or video of the issue
• Packaging information

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

Atom Pods is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Your warranty will be void if:

• Serial numbers or identifying marks are removed
• The product shows signs of misuse or improper handling
• The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atom Pods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws.

Atom Pods reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
