All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and size

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location and courier availability.

Philippines Deliveries

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
• Luzon: 2–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days

International Deliveries

• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Customs clearance
• Courier delays

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Tracking number
• Courier details
• Tracking link (if available)

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Atom Pods is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team.

We will assist in coordinating with the courier, but Atom Pods is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

If your package arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the package and product
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and supporting images

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Atom Pods reserves the right to cancel orders that violate local laws or regulations.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
